Annual Meeting & Fall Pediatric Update - Exhibit Prospectus & Support Opportunities

The Alabama Chapter-AAP offers sponsor and exhibitor opportunities at both of its CME conferences held in the Spring and Fall each year.  The Annual Meeting & Fall Pediatric Update is a two-day, highly attended annual pediatric meeting offering a range of high-quality ACE (Accredited Continuing Education) to meet the educational needs of Alabama pediatricians and other pediatric healthcare providers, as well as pediatric practice managers. We expect approximately 100+ in-person attendees.

Attendance

We expect approximately 100+ in-person attendees representing the pediatric healthcare community in Alabama and the region to attend the 2024 Annual Meeting & Fall Pediatric Update.
 

Exhibit Logistics

Exhibit set up is Friday, September 13 from 2:00 p.m. - 4 p.m.  Exhibit breakdown is on Saturday, September 14, 1:00 p.m.  Each exhibiting company will have one 6' skirted table with two chairs and a trash can (standing banners/displays must fit behind 6' table or directly in front of 6' table so they do not interfere with adjacent exhibits). All exhibits will have an online presence for the virtual exhibit hall.

Exhibit Fee

Space will be assigned based on level of sponsorship. The minimum fee for a table with two chairs is $1,395 for Standard commercial supporters and $1,795 for Premium commercial supporter placement; $895 for state agencies and small charitable organizations $750. Support Levels

The Alabama Chapter-AAP welcomes designated contributions to underwrite portions of the 2023 Annual Meeting & Fall Pediatric Update or any of our programmatic efforts. Our recognition levels are:

  • Bronze Level: $1,800 - $2,499

  • Silver Level: $2,500 - $4,999

  • Gold Level: $5,000 - $7,499

  • Platinum Level: $7,500 and up

Individual Event Support Opportunities

  • Friday Morning Breakfast (PMA Meeting): $4,000

  • Friday Mid-morning refreshments (PMA Meeting): $2,000

  • Friday Lunch (Practice Management Workshop): $4,000

  • Friday Evening Reception in the Exhibit Hall (co-sponsorship available at $3,250): $7,500

  • Saturday Morning Breakfast in the Exhibit Hall: $5,000

  • Saturday Mid-morning refreshments in the Exhibit Hall: $2,000

  • Saturday Strolling Desserts in the Exhibit Hall: $2,000

Friday, September 13

·       Exhibit Set-up: 2 p.m. - 4 p.m.

·       Registration begins: 5:00 p.m. - 6:30 p.m.

·       "Meet & Greet" Reception: 5:00 p.m. - 6:30 p.m.

Saturday, September 14

·       Breakfast in the Exhibits: 7:15 a.m. - 8 a.m.

·       Educational Program: 8 a.m. - 9:45 a.m.

·       Refreshments in the Exhibit Hall: 9:45 a.m. - 10:15 a.m.

·       Morning Sessions resume: 10:15a.m. - 12:30 p.m.

·       Strolling Dessert in the Exhibits: 12:30 p.m. - 1:00 p.m.

·       Exhibit Breakdown: 1:00 p.m.

Symposia Information

The Alabama Chapter-AAP also offers the opportunity for sponsors to host an Industry- or foundation-sponsored symposia as a way to reach your target audience with your own content at the site of our conference.  These are offered at the following dates and times on a first-come, first-served basis:
