The Alabama Chapter-AAP offers sponsor and exhibitor opportunities at both of its ACE conferences held in the Spring and Fall each year. The Spring Meeting & Pediatric Update is a three-day, highly attended annual pediatric meeting offering a range of high-quality ACE (Accredited Continuing Education) to meet the educational needs of Alabama pediatricians and other pediatric healthcare providers in a beautiful, relaxing setting.

Attendance
We expect approximately 80 to 90 in-person physicians and other pediatric clinicians to attend the 2026 Spring Meeting & Pediatric Update.
Exhibit Logistics
Exhibits must be set up on Thursday, April 16 between 2 p.m. and 5 p.m. Exhibit breakdown is on Saturday, April 18 at 11 a.m. Each exhibiting company will have one 6' table with two chairs and a trash can (standing banners/displays must fit behind the 6' table or directly in front of 6' table to avoid interference with adjacent exhibits).
Exhibit Fee
Space will be assigned based on level of sponsorship. The minimum fee for a table with two chairs is $1,395 for Standard commercial supporters and $1,795 for Premium commercial supporter placement; $895 for state agencies and small charitable organizations $750. More information about arranging for electrical outlets will be made available at a later date. Click here for an exhibitor application. The deadline to register is March 15, 2026.

Thursday Evening Reception: $7,500
Friday Morning Breakfast: $5,000
Friday Mid-morning refreshments: $2,000
Friday Strolling Dessert in Exhibits: $2,000
Saturday Morning Breakfast: $5,000
Saturday Mid-morning refreshments: $2,000
Saturday Evening Reception, Dinner & Dessert: $15,000

Support Levels
The Alabama Chapter-AAP welcomes designated contributions to underwrite portions of the 2025 Spring Meeting & Pediatric Update or any of our programmatic efforts. Our recognition levels are:
Bronze Level: $1,800 - $2,499
Silver Level: $2,500 - $4,999
Gold Level: $5,000 - $7,499
Platinum Level: $7,500 and up

Thursday, 2 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. exhibit set-up
Thursday, 5:30 p.m. – 6:30 p.m. (Opening reception)
April 17
Friday, 7:15 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. (7:15 – 8 a.m. breakfast in exhibits, 10 – 10:30 a.m. break in exhibits, 12:30 – 1 p.m. strolling dessert in exhibits)
April 18
Saturday, 7:15 a.m. – 10:30 a.m. (7:15 – 8 a.m. breakfast in exhibits; 10:00 a.m. – 10:30 a.m. mid-morning, break in exhibits) with door prize drawing being held at 10:15 a.m. Exhibit breakdown 10:30 - 11 a.m.
Symposia Information
The Alabama Chapter-AAP also offers the opportunity for sponsors to host an industry or foundation-sponsored symposia as a way to reach your target audience with your own content at the site of our conference. These are offered at the following dates and times on a first-come, first-served basis:
